Product Abstract :

Rosemary is a perennial evergreen shrub with a strong fragrance, about 80 to 180 centimeters tall, with needle-shaped leaves that are silvery green. The flowers are light blue. Originally native to the Mediterranean region, it is now found in Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and California.

Rosemary's name comes from the Latin word (ros marinos), which means dew of the ocean. According to Flora records from the early 11th century, rosemary is a culinary herb, a therapeutic herb, and can even be used to make perfume. Rosemary is one of the ingredients used to make Queen of Hungary's water, the predecessor of cologne. It is also a nectar plant. It was one of the first essential oils distilled. In ancient Egypt, twigs were burned as ritual incense. To the ancient Greeks and Romans, the plant was sacred and a symbol of loyalty, death and remembrance.
